Terms of service
The short version.
HAGGIN is the table, not a party at it. Sellers publish a negotiation page, buyers make offers, the two of them close a deal. These terms cover our part.
Last updated 31 August 2026.
01The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and HAGGIN. You accept them by creating an account or by sending an offer through a Haggin. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind it. You must be 18 or older.
02The service
A seller publishes a Haggin: a page where a buyer can make a structured offer on the seller's product. The seller accepts, counters or passes. When both agree, the seller adds a payment link, the buyer accepts the deal terms, and HAGGIN records that acceptance. We provide the pages, the inbox, the emails and the record.
03What HAGGIN is not
- Not a party to any deal. The contract for the product is between seller and buyer. We do not vouch for either, for the product, its price or its delivery.
- Not a payment intermediary. We never hold, move or process deal money. Payment happens on the seller's own checkout, through a link the seller pastes in. We do not verify that link or that payment happened.
- Not a law firm. The acceptance record stores what was agreed, by whom, when and from where. Whether that amounts to a binding contract depends on the parties and their jurisdiction. We make no promise about it.
04Sellers
You are responsible for your Haggin: the product, the standard price, the levers you open, the terms you attach, taxes, delivery, refunds and any legal duties toward your customers. You honour the deals you accept and the payment links you add. Buyers' data reaches you only for the negotiation they started; use it for anything else and that is on you, as their data controller.
05Buyers
Offers are real. Make one only if you mean it and can deliver what you put on the table, whether money, a testimonial, a post or a call. Accepting deal terms means you agree to them with the seller. Use your own email; the address is how you get back into your negotiations.
06Plans and billing
- Buyers never pay HAGGIN. Sellers pay for plans; negotiations, offers and deals are never metered or charged.
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless stated. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page; the price you accept at checkout is the one that applies.
- Pro and Business renew monthly until you cancel from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply immediately, prorated. Downgrades never close live Haggins; you simply cannot publish more until you are within the new limit.
- Campaign is a one-time purchase: one Haggin, live up to 30 days from publication, non-refundable once published. The Free Trial is one Haggin for up to 14 days, at no cost.
- Billing runs through Stripe. Failed renewals give you a few days to fix the card before the plan lapses.
- Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or the law say otherwise. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal.
07Acceptable use
Do not:
- Impersonate anyone, or make offers from an email that is not yours.
- Use a Haggin to sell anything illegal, or to spam, harass or defraud.
- Scrape, probe, overload or reverse engineer the service, or bypass its limits.
- Send offers you have no intention of honouring.
We may close a negotiation, a Haggin or an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice depending on the harm.
08Your content, our service
You keep whatever you put into HAGGIN. You give us the licence needed to store it, show it to the other party and send the emails the negotiation requires, and nothing more. HAGGIN, its name, marks and software are ours. A public Haggin page carries a small "powered by HAGGIN" line; that stays.
09Availability and warranties
The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it up and to keep records accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that a buyer will pay, or that a deal will hold. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
10Liability
We are not liable for the outcome of any deal, for either party's conduct, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. For everything else our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid HAGGIN in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 euros if you paid none. This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not let us limit.
11Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you want by emailing hello@hagg.in. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or that the law requires us to. Sections 3, 8, 10 and 12 survive. Acceptance records of won deals stay available to the other party as described in the privacy notice.
12Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and any dispute goes to the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account holders at least 15 days before they apply, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. Version 1.0.
